Bravo! This story is very impressive for me, because I also have an aunt who had been lived in solitude before, and now she lives in an asylum for the aged. No matter what a man or a woman, the old person who left alone always needs our warm helping hands.
When we got phase out model, will donation is an alternative way for emotional attachment? Can it showing care & responsibility to citizens & societies. Strengthen LG philosophy of valuing people?
Showing that LG treats people with kindness will help customers to make an emotional attachment to LG. But we also need LG employees to make an emotional attachment to LG. This requires treating employees with kindness.
