Our world change so fast, making manuals will be useless because when we finish the whole process will be changed, We need to focused on create Great Teams, then manuals wont be needed.
Respected Sir, We need to innovate and improve continously . In the world which is changing fast there is no time to look back but I still feel if there are manuals they can be referred for benchmarking so tne ideas are not repeatative. Yes, but Best work Practices can only be fruitful when everyone gives his contribution.
