I agree and understand the principles behind the latest company direction, but in order for any company to maintain its hold on market share its product must maintian QUALITY.. Quality is not related to PRICE . Lets DO IT RIGHT the FIRST TIME and build a Quality product..Again!
There are 6 points to improve - but no explanation of current situation - why LG should act in this six directions - is our brand not emotional? - if it is not - the why ? what was wrong in the past ? why we should improve "Go to market execution" - what is wrong with it ? and the same questions for all other points....
I can say for my self - that is very hard to follow new strategies without having full picture - without any explanations - i think that most of LG guys have clear mind - and they want not only fulfill orders - but uncderstand why they shoul do it.
people is mentioned at last on your speech. outrageous! lg does not have any promotion rules, any salary raise period. everything is done by simpathy that your boss has for you and not for what you do significantly for company.
I think we need to believe in our currently principles first but, we must to think as the customer. The customer require from us a better organizational PROCESS. What about the process?
I will give you improve health! I saw coworker recently leave to have 20 less work hours a week and double salary. That is healthy. I think I go join another healthy company and leave all sick LG people behind.
