korea people are the cheats. they do the bad things they tell the other peoples not to do. nobody believe them. the foreign korea peoples from the companies outside the korea now use christmas and the holiday time to go to the homeland and relax at the company expenses. why they cannot spend from their own pocket for this ? they do all this and they talk big things like the insight and the common sense.
If we had the suggestion program formalized, people could submit insights on that program as well - then get rewarded if information is adopted and then results in sales increases or good recognition for LG.

LG should be asking all employees in all countries for their insight on what customers in their countries want. Maybe have a contest for best ideas.
