Hi, Waste Elimination Activity is not a tool. It is an activity hat we should do every day to focus on the right jobs in order to avoid our time and to improve our productivity. So, remember it, it is not a tool.
For LGEAI, Waste Elimination is only a way for upper management to put check marks next to required activity. Every few months the powerpoint and excel forms change - every few months each employee - no matter their job - is REQUIRED to submit a project - individually - not as part of a group or team. LGEAI does not understand our CEO's intention I think - they use this to be dictators and force people to submit project - not to be leaders and encourage.
