I belive waste elimination is agreat idea. Unfortunatly it is blown way out of porportions. we have been asked to eliminate, our waste elimination plans by our management. How can we implement such a project, and have some unskilled leaders change things?
I know waste eliminantion is a great tool to improve our activities, but usually the examples are about manufacturing. I belong to a sales subsidiary and for us has been very dificult to find our waste. Is it possible to give more administrative examples?
