Certainly, I am proud to share a breathe with a CEO who is regarded the BEST amongst legendary CEOs.
From 2007's articles, for sure, you consider Insight marketing as Achilles´ heel, and I also brought its importance in my mind. (Even thoguht I am from researching field!) However, we cannot really access on any actual application of your delighted markteting strategy! I would like to suggest to build up a website in order to take any feedback of insight markteting within LG people, and to discretely inform the single most important starategy: Global Marketing(let's bit up Samsung and others), so binding entire LG people in a single innovate mind?
In terms of waste elimination, I believe there should be a global HR system in which we could view/print pay stubs, update our HR information, enroll for/change benefits as well as many other HR functions. Most large corprations have this thereby eliminating the use of much paper as well as postage in addition to helping our world stay "green". I believe the amount saved on postage and paper alone would amount to 100's of thousands of dollars per year but that is just a guess. Thannk you and I love the direction this company is heading in and i am proud to be a part of it. Happy New Year.
In terms of the organisation, I believe that the most important thing among all is the human resourses.
What if there is constant change of the imployee? The KEY positions? In other word, employee constantly leaving the company. Organisation will not be able to perform.
One thing is sure, company have to rely on employee to perform.
The system, organisation structure is nothing without talented passionate employee.
To conclude, the company should look after its imployees.
We talk about ROI all the time. Investment on HR will bring the biggest output that we can ever imagine. De-invest, of HR to cut thr cost is the one of the good example of "Bad Profit".
