Tottaly agree with this comminication idea, this should be a common practice I mean it should be done very often at least one a week in a working group, and continously in the day to day work I am talking specially on the lower level leaders and at least one a month from directors or higher level leaders

from the second pargraph "leaders should spend the majority of their time ..." it is really a excellent idea that should be understood and promoted specially by directors and higer level leaders

there is one joke company called LGSI, banglore, india. all laugh at this company. there is no openness and transparent talking in company. full of the politics. korea people get the fooled also well. the people talk something nicely and do the something in the back. very funny. nobody have the any idea to correct company. all praying to the god to save company.

As one goes higher within the organization, communication skills become more important. LGE should invest more in developing the communication skills of all leaders.
