I fully understood the meaning of the capability evaluation. This is a useful tool which was missing from LGE HR Tools. However, we should be very careful to protect and promote this tool in right way to our Group Leaders. More specific, I would like to ask what we do as next step with the results of this?Is there any specific plan or tool from Global HR to support the Capability Evaluation ? For example:If an employee is on level 5 what happened next? If an employee is on level 2 what is the next step? how we support those employees? I am asking Global HR to share more information about the long term plan on this with local HR.
Please verify that Capability Evaluation Tools are used by capable people, otherwise you run the risk to become unfair or even the new process could be seen as hostile from many employees.

Agree, but Core Work should be clearly defined from top to bottom, in this way every body will improve based on what is expeced
