Many of our employees are leaving the company and moving to the competition. They have built up an expertise and are taking their knowledge and experience elsewhere. The industry average is 7-9% and last year our subsidiary hit more than 33%. I know that we are not unique in this and many subsidiaries are experiencing similar percentages. This year we are starting April and we have already hit 13% so the trend is not changing. That is a sad and high impact waste within the LG organization, we spend time and money recruiting, onboarding, and training just to start the process over after they leave.

The biggest interface waste is that so many documents and emails are in Korean. We can't read them unless we find someone to translate.
