Surely Mr.CEO, to be established as a truely Global company we must align ourselves to Global standards and norms. As a global company, each employee should enjoy equal opportunities and facilities on a given position so that he can comfortably use those policies. I hope it happens soon in LG too.

I agree with our worthy CEO and truly respect and believe his point for developing real corporate culture, but at the same time i feel sad..when i hear old conservative thinking and work style from some of persons in LG, I think our Leaders at ground level need to learn the true global thinking since they can start up the things and can make LG better and real working place.

Please read each blog 1 or 2 weeks after it starts. Some employees still adding comments. For example I see today an important comment was added to last week's blog.
