What does "... observing the whole process from the back when he gets to work" mean? And the closing sentence of the article, "... Shin will start his day gazing at the processes from behind" doesn't seem to be a change in behavior from the first sentence. Is Shin viewing the processes from a distance? Is that what it means to "observe from the back"?
