Fifth, employees should be rewarded for finding ways to shorten reports and make them easier to understand. We should all be making our own reports simpler, and we should all be making suggestions to other employees and management to help them make their reports simpler and easier to understand.

It would be a great idea to reward employees who develop the ways to shorten reports. please suggest lots of ideas.

For an employee's own reports, "quality and efficiency of reports" should be a category that is considered during performance reviews for the employee, and it should affect their salary increase each year. Employees who write good reports should receive higher salary increases than employees who waste their own time writing excessively long and decorated reports, and who waste everyone else's time reading them.

Reports should start with a simple 1-page summary that is not a fancy PowerPoint. Additional pages should not be added unless necessary to explain details.

we spend too much time "painting" on our powerpoint canvas... i understand that for some people this is an artful expression but sometimes very unnecessary...

this will not change unless the upper management is willing to view reports that are less embellished...

I definitely agree as well.

I would like to ask a favor if Mr. Yong Nam could meet the Getting to know LG Participants here in Seoul.

Our Korean Experience will be an extraordinary if we could meet Mr. Yong Nam.

Thanks...
