Providing the of all local languages is, probably, a good idea to encourage participation of local employees. Unfortunately, it leads to the waste, because employees who cannot read other than native & English could, at best, just duplicate ideas already provided by someone else. What even worse, it could give converse effect and prevent the active participation of overeas.
So many times it was said during the previous THE event about the necessity of common language, but, as I see, it was also just waste of time :(
As I am the administrator of THE I have something to say. We have tried to use common language(Evenetually English) but unfortunately many people couldn't attend THE and even they have good ideas it could not share together therfore we decided to try this way and see which way is more effective. Perhaps it could say that it is waste of time but after THE is over we will translate all of the ideas suggested in local languageand share it in english.
