I think that the CEO’s messages are extremely motivating in our daily job, from a local employee point of view. Still his messages are ignored by FSE’s and soon will be disregarded by local employees because of the lack in execution on the local level
If everyone that focused on the very best of customer satisfaction on a daily basis and would remain focused to deliver the best service ever LG was strive even with the economic downturn. LG is looking fine in 2009.
Got the Pride LG Newsletter today - it was mostly in Korean, which I cannot read. The few links which were in English were no good (error when clicked). Sent a reply to the sender (sabopr@lge.com) and it was returned saying "no such user". Suggest this for waste elimination project.
