I believe the way we are looking at the recession, as an opportunity rather than a threat, will have a positive influence on how we overcome it. However, this is a vision that must be shared by all LG members. Not only CAs, but group leaders should make sure their staff is willing to play a key role in helping LG face the recession successfully. They have to transmit a positive message to the staff and encourage them to truely be team players. In this time, each person is looking out for himself. Each person is fighting to keep his job. We need to be fighting towards a common goal. Not just keep 'my job' but, keep my company and at a competitive position. Because if LG succeeds, we all do. My question is, are we all thinking that way?
This truely is an eye opener and a terse communication by our CEO and i believe in his words. But things need to be well implemented and communicated to the bottom by the GLs and Pls....which some how remains an area of concern.
Weathering recession can only be a reality if we all work as one team and put in cohesive efforts.
Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to download the whole video to share it locally in our R&D Lab -- image is frozen (although sound is running). And, some employee has no RealPLayer installed on their PC. It would be better to upload the whole video file in WMA or AVI format and provide the link to download it
Just wanted to add. I spent about 40 minutes of my time to see this 23-minutes message, with the terrible pauses due to internet traffic and image freeze. And, if each employee will see this message on-line, it will increase the payable I-net traffic dramatically

Please increase server capacity for videos like this. It is waste elimination. Wasting 25,000 employees' time costs a lot of money.
