Of course high entry barrier zones are the most profitable; that is the reason why it is hard to access those areas. The answer of course is innovation which to me is diagnosing problems areas and finding solutions that do more than just solving the problems but creating a competitive edge for the company or exploring unexploited arenas – or simply put, getting a high entry barrier area for the company to enjoy; leaving competitors with the homework on how to break our barrier.
