LGE is a company really focuses in the costumer, with to much salary workers. To have LGE owners you have to listen first the people requirements. The first step to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, is the employee happiness.
Proposing ideas is allowed, but only those of them are accepted that can be easily implemented. Ideas that presumes serious further R&D or investment are rejected or ignored.
Ideas that cost money are ignored. It seems like LG managers are only rewarded for not spending money. Instead they need to be rewarded for spending money wisely and investing wisely.
