We also need to think of our employees as customers. If customers don't like our products they will buy something else. If employees don't like working for LG they will go work for someone else. A lot of LG employees are looking for jobs with other companies right now.

I think that you can tell your suggestion or opinion to your manager or CEO when you have 'OPEN Forum' or another method. If They will accept your opinion, they will effort to improve currently issue.
