Perfection is the enemy of innovation

So true. By focusing our time in our core competences, we can reach a wider market and become more profitable even in a 400% of our actual share. As the Paretto's law says: by focusing in the 20% of your concerns you will get the 80% of the results. This is why sometimes perfection should not be our main target.

Comments are very welcome.

While maintaining high liquidity in the supply chain can provide short term financial success. Be sure not to seek these successes at the cost of customer service. Even though the financial markets do not directly account for such indicators, the relationship with the customer must be a greater priority to ensure long term success.
