Horizontal Leadership

This "horizontal leadership" leads us again to the fundamental concept of teamwork. But also to another big concept: "Active Listening". Only when you hear someone with a true sense of actively listening to his/her ideas you can start building a true team.

"Problem Solving": There are so many problems. technical skill, communication, relationship ...
each items need different skill to solve it.

The statement "you can do nothing on your own" sounds like philosophy from Korean culture, not American culture. It seems like the philosophy in Korean culture is that things can only be accomplished by teams. That's why individuals were not allowed to enter LG's Innovation contest -- only teams.

American culture recognizes the importance of team accomplishments, but it also recognizes that many great things have been accomplished by individuals.
