We currently live in a "fast society", so fast that we need to continuously learn what the market requires. It is the person’s duty to open its mind to listen and learn every day, and it’s the company obligation to promote this leaning environment. Many times learning requires time, we must fell safe to spend this time learning and then reward our company with better knowledge.
The one should fall behind if he(she) can't keep learning,I think this sentence is extremely corrcet. It is also important to the youth to hold the viewpoint
LG must be willing to spend money for ongoing technical training. We try to hire the best technical people, but they will leave the company if we are not willing to pay for them to attend the best ongoing technical training.

yes...The one who stops learning, also stops his growth.
No motivation, actually. Learning does not lead to promotion. Ordinary employees are often better educated than leaders.
