Talking about innovative ideas, there is a big difference between western and eastern ways of thinking. For American and European people reward or top management recognition is essential, otherwise they will feel misleaded. LG challange will be finding out a different way to overcome this financial restriction.
Innovation is playing a important part in LG as customer value Innovation first with reliable and makes life easier. However, in order to design a proudct which is pratical but innovated is a challenge. Keep it up team LG!!!
We must use more outside resources to help us have better software for running the company. LG is paralyzed with many internal software problems. Our LGEP email system is 10 years out of date and it allows very little email storage. Our new financial systems for purchases and expenses have endless problems.
