A world company need innovation, more imagination needed by us--LG.
we need everyone show their imagination , that have no limmited improving and innovation. LG will be more stronger and stronger. as a NO.1 class company.admired company.

In order to achieve innovation for the customer, LG needs much more innovation and imagination with internal systems. We are way behind other companies.

Example: Our LGEP email system is 10-15 years behind the times and it is finally being improved, but we will only be given 1 GB of storage and 6 months of data retention with the new system. In the U.S., even Comcast gives its customers 10 GB of storage and unlimited retention time for every screen name. So LG will still be years behind Comcast with the new email system, and our new email system will still be behind our competitors in consumer electronics.

It is difficult for LG employees to innovate and be ahead of the competition for customers, when we are trying to do our work using systems that are not innovative, not modern, create waste, and are behind the competition.

Extremely slow internet speed is another example.

Our new system for processing employee expense reimbursements is another example.

All of these poor systems greatly reduce LG productivity and make it more difficult for LG to innovate for the customer.

Spending money on better systems and faster internet speed is not a waste. It is waste elimination. It is an investment in innovation and an investment in the future of LG.
