Best for leaders! So we must change the FSE role in LGE, some of them only have good work practice and experience but not good leadership. In fact all FSE are the leader with low leadership in local area. It is not a good thing for our LGE Biz to be global NO.1.

I would be interested to know how you will ensure that managers have this competency - I do not see it.
FSEs need a lot of training for how to be managers. FSEs also need a lot of training for how to understand another culture and work with them.
When will all these good ideas from the top get down to the subsidiaries? I read about LG here, but it's not the LG I work for everyday.
