an open mind is a powerful mind as it makes one receptive to all forms of knowledge and education. a refreshed body is the energy behind that mind so... to strengthen capability through work we need to be refreshed and receptive not tired and overworked due to reduced head counts
This is well perfect said by our Honourable CEO, but i think we should immediately switch to this working style as on ground level the situation is totally different. we have lots of conservative leaders who only stick to their their conservative styles of working.
