The way the headline is written and the phrase "many are interested to see the outcome" dooen't give a very positive feeling for this appointment. It is almost saying "another foreigner has invaded our company".
Personally I would like to say, welcome to Mr. Shade!
What actually has been done by inducting Foreign executives ?? Is this done to simply potray our image as a Global company or we have intialized something to deep root our company's future road map by inducing a touch of global culture. And if we want to be a truely golbal company then remove this tag of "Another Foreigner". In a Gobal company, all are same and must enjoy the same rules and work conditions and benefits.
