LG and RED are not selling competing products. The products are in fact at each end of the HD chain. Instead of taking legal action, it would make more sense for both companies to come to some marketing agreement over the use of the Scarlet name and possible even cross advertizing that promotes product excellence in HDTV.

Does LG have a comment on this? Surely we did not do what they said - this must have been an oversight on someone's part - not an overt infringment.
