I totally agree with our CEO concept and He is moving us in the right direction. My only concern is who will coach the team leaders on how to effectively put this process in to motion. I do not agree with some of the current things that are going on. We have those that wait too long to say anything to the employee and when they do it too late for them to correct any bad habits or work ethics. I love to read the CEO thought because I believe he has the right attitude and goals for the New LG. "One Team One Goal"

Management training is needed for managers at all levels or this will not happen. Managers do not know how to coach. They must be taught.
