I definitely agree with that observation, the key to the success of this activity "Waste Elimination" depends on the time that we can devote to this project.
Waste Elimination, i.e. effective usage of time resources is very important, of course. But why do not we care about effective usage of staff, i.e. human resources? Very often the potential of employees is used not completely, their knowledge do not give the benefit and position does not correspond to the background (education).
