1. The design has to catch my eye. I ask myself if this would look good in my home.
2. I want something that has features that no other product offers. For Example, I want a TV that has a great picture but is also going to out last the others.
When looking for a phone I look for something that is small, reliable and has features that other do not have.
3. Last is the price. If I can find everything listed above with a good price I am likely to purchase that product.
I would love to see LG design products based on ideas from employees because we are not just employees we are consumers as well. I think this would take LG above the competetion and into the top 3.
