I dissagree with the last two posts. I am a leader, I have worked as a production worker. They as well as my customers are my Key Focus. The top issue is Upper management talking about leaders dealing with these issues. I want to see upper Management supporting the leaders with the tasks assigned them. This in my experience with LG is "THE" Major concern that needs to be addressed. Where is the upper management support. If I address this issue with my management the come back would be "you lack creativity". Sorry, All the creative thoughts mean nothing if upper management does not support us.

Now we are analyzing about survey result and each organization will make the improvement plan of job satisfaction. I belive that our job satisfaction level will be improved as this efforts.

Low job satisfaction in factories because non Korean employees treated badly by management.
