Now LG one of the big Global Company. so it's the time to make it more strong and stable company. So LG they must change thinking about long daily working hour. where fix working hour and comfort working environment will make most of employee to be more creativity more Quality ...etc especially R&D persons.

If an idea satisfies these conditions, its implementation will require big R&D and investment. Such ideas are usually rejected.
