I agree, however confidence - either in oneself or in others - cannot be mandated; it must be constructed, and that requires actions way more concrete than chanting slogans every morning.
"Sunlight is the best detergent." Rumours (unconfirmed or otherwise) only thrive where there is no information transparency; if LG wants to curb them, it only needs be open and upfront to its employees, customers and business partners.
Try to understand other cultures. In Korea forcing employees to chant company slogans may build confidence. In other countries it does not build confidence and it makes employees want to leave LG because they find chanting slogans to be demeaning to them.

I do agree that we should alwasys leave positive energy in our surrounding enviroment weathe office or home to expect better results.
