CEO of LG Electronics Mr.Yong Nam is continuously changing the work culture,This will make LG Electronics a true Global Leader. In my view LG Electronics has every thing Good Product, Good technology & Good People...... Which will eventualy make LG a Great Company
Mr. Nam mentioned that he empowers rather than making decisions for people, this is true leadership for me.... I wish to see this replicated at all levels and positions within the company. The high morale of us as workers is a result of specific practices that creates enthusiasm in us about our jobs and the company. Empowerment is one of those along with equity, achievement and camaraderie......
HI! I am really proud of our CEO. Finally we have someone who is not afraid to speak English and can easily communicate with others - it is really important. Hopefully this will be a good example for other FSE :)
It is never easy to change the culture of such large company with strong background embedded in the teachings of Confucius. However, I am a firm believer that the change is necessary in order for LGE to become a global player. I applaud CEO's efforts on trying to establish a solid ground for the future.

LGE's CEO, Mr.Yong Nam is fluent in English as the interviwer mentioned. ^ ^ Do you know how to do that? I think that he is benefited by life in US...
