we are asking the banglore india leaders why you do not provide the good facilities for the struggling employees COMPANY NOT INTRESTED IN TRANSPORTATION FOR EMPLOYEES WHY ? ALL BIG COMPANIES HELPING EMPLOYEES WITH THE OFFICE TRANSPORTATION
This attitude is definitely a strong catalyst towards solidifying our competitive advantage. Leaders are obliged to make employee work environment as good as possible for all employees. Who would not put all of his efforts to keep a very nice work environment. I would like to take this opportunity to express my opinion concerning the increasing measures of security within LG. Company has to build trust among employees both ways. Increased security measures make you feel that LG does not trust you. But trust is what is build among closely relating people such as, families, school relationships, doctor-patient and in general all relationships that involve sentiment. LG would like to build such relationships with its employees. If anyone would like to hurt the company, experience shows one could do so despite heavy security measures. Experience also shows that tough security measures bring tougher security measures, etc. A neverending story. Innovation here would be to build such a culture that protects company's resources. In other words, LG should fully train its employees what they should and should not do and then show trust. In case of misbehaviour after the training, LG should be very strict. Anyway, nobody feels comfortable to work with colleagues who think -consciously- how to hurt LG.
I agree. Nobody wants to work for a company that doesn't trust them.
LGEUS keeps making rules and security measures more and more rigid all the time, trying to totally control even the smallest things.
Every few months we are given new rules or new systems that are more rigid than before. This makes work more and more inefficient as a result, it makes the employees very unhappy, and it increases turnover. This is the opposite of waste elimination.
Continually implementing extremely rigid rules and more and more rigid computer systems is self-defeating for LG, because other US companies are not like this. Good American employees will leave LG and go to other companies who trust them and who don't waste their time with endless rigid rules and rigid monitoring.
LG does not understand American culture, and they do not understand the tradeoff between hyper-vigilant invasive security, and workplace efficiency.
I also agree. In Brazil it is exactly like this, I believe that if LG gets to change this system, all will want to work for LG, and like this we will become TOP3. But the reality is appearing for an opposite direction. LG needs to change the minds quickly. Because we will only reach like this the Goal!
