I would like to see this case with a different angle of view. First of all, I am a bit skeptical whether is appropriate to use National derivatives (such as Hungarian) to describe an unfortunate situation. We run the risk to tie Hungary and mal-practise. Furthermore, we believe that changing the 3PL provider does not actually add value to LG. As no company should base its operation on mal-practises, we should work closely with our partner in order to help him solve its problem. This way -we believe- we would gain not only on loss reduction but also we would have gained a long-lasting partner who would have appreciated our efforts for mutual benefit.
