Depending on how the market for the Shine is differentiated, would it be possible for further customization of the photo etching process, allowing customers to order customized personal images on the unit they purchase. The more differentiated it is, the more luxury it offers and more further LG can pull away from its competitors, penetrating the luxury appliance market as deep as possible. Life's Good!
