Communication is everything!
In LG EIS nobody can speak. Manager order without any considreation about employee, dignity, respect of person.
Some Korean managers think they are in military. Issue orders. Don't listen. No respect for human dignity.
Still waiting for english as common language at LG - get too many emails in Korean even from managers in US! Have to have employee translate to understand.
