Smart people vs. Diligent persons can also be people without univercity certificate, we also have to look to the work experience of people and how they are doing there job.
Also when these people have any idea's and they are not coming out with assistent managers then Manager has to stand open for this to listen to these employees.
People without any univercity can be very good, sometimes more better also then university or high school. Think about this.

All the ideas within an organization so hierarchized are very filtered, of such form that many of them are omitted or forgotten.

Korean culture seems to define diligent person as someone who sits at their desk until 10:00 every night. LG needs to define diligent person based on results, not based on how much time somebody sits at their desk. Some employees who go home at 5:00 accomplish much more than some employees who sit at their desk until 10:00.

You spelled diligent wrong. Misspellings all over the place. People are neither smart nor diligent!

We have to define what is smart and what is dilligent in our company first, and every person should be qualified in the same way, we are facing dificult times all around the world and when we need our leaders to lead with example they continue acting in the same way, wasting the money in their benefits and entertainment when we should save it. Is that smart and dilligent?

For the past 3 weeks most LG employees did not receive this newsletter. Please check distribution list. It used to be 35,000 employees reading it. Now it is less than 7000.
