At LGEMM we are having our W.E. Activities as LGEIL. Through a mailboxes, all our employees and line workers must to participate with 1 idea per month. Most of the ideas are already complete. We are improving this activities to achieve a better level and become our work a BWP.
IN LGSI BANGALORE, INDIA THERE IS NO MONEY FROM LGSI FOR LGSI EMPLOYEES WORKING AS INTERNAL TRAINERS. WHY ? THIS IS SHAME ON ENTIRE LGE. WHY DOES IT WANT FREE SERVICE WHEN IT IS A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY.
