For doing it best, we must know who are helping us to make bigger this company. Now, the best comepetitor is who has one of best product, and has one of the best logistics team. In our case, now we have a good logistics team helping us. Who knows better than other what are the necessities of our company. We must follow in this way.
"If we take care of our employees, our employees will take care of our company." I'm not sure who said that, but it's very true. To get to the mindset we need, there must be a fundamental change (at least in the US) with how employees are treated. Most everyone I talk to definitely desires to work for a company that is #1 in the World - LG must recognize the value of it's people - Korean and non-Korean alike and equal - to enable us all to make this a reality.
To be number one, we must have the best tools. We need to best practice our I/T systems. Our systems are not built end user back and their functionalities are terrible. Unfortunately, I have not seen one I/T system at LG which I would call best in class, or even above average. Please help us here. We must invest in our tools to achieve number one!
I support LG be No.1. But in lGEIN Respecting Human Dignity is very low because employers in TA line must work more than 13 hour every day. How LG can "Respecting Human Dignity" if they employers waste the times at the factory to get they leader's target. And more than 80% line employers are outsourcing, so LG can cut them if the production quantity down. Please to LG leader to thin about it to make LG No.1.
